Deep Fried Potato Balls I was at my favorite local bar The Well Sports Tavern and Grill in Coon Rapids, MN. One of the Servers, Sarah, noticed they were throwing out the middle of the potato skins! Appalled, she asked them to keep the insides and decided to make deep fried potato balls. Adding sour cream, chives, shredded cheddar cheese and diced bacon. These were heaven!
