Grilled Asparagus

 Grilled Asparagus



    This is so simple, and is guaranteed to make you change your mind on asparagus.  This was served as a side with #baconwrappedfiletmignonwithlobstercreamsauec








Ingredients:

-  1 bunch of asparagus

-  3TBLS of olive oil

-  Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

1)  Preheat your grill to medium high heat.

2)  Remove the first 2 inches off the bottom of the asparagus.

3) Slice in the middle in half, on the diagonal.

4)  Place in a bowl and drizzle with about 3TBSP of olive oil, then salt and pepper to taste.  Toss to coat.

5)  Finally, using a slotted pan place asparagus on the slotted pan.  You can place this directly on the grill greats, but ensure you are placing them in a direction so they don't fall through.

6)  Toss or turn, cooking for a total of about 7 minutes,
